Senior Program Manager, Victim Compensation
Suzanne Breedlove is a Senior Program Manager on the OVC VOCA Center team. Ms. Breedlove has more than 36 years of experience in victim services. For most of her career, she held the position of Director of Victims Services for the Oklahoma District Attorneys Council. Ms. Breedlove holds a business degree from the Western International University.
