23rd Annual Crime Victim Luncheon

The Alvin Police Department's National Crime Victims’ Rights Week annual luncheon will feature a victim presenter who will give their personal experience. Victims of crime will display their memory boards and signs during the event. A butterfly release will be held by the family of victims in memory of their loved ones at the end of the ceremony.
