Activating Connections: Mobilizing Communities to Prevent Human Trafficking

Building on the outcomes of the National Human Trafficking Prevention Summit (August 2023) and the release of the National Human Trafficking Prevention Framework (February 2024), the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is hosting a virtual event Activating Connections: Mobilizing Communities to Prevent Human Trafficking.

This event brings together HHS leadership and a diverse group of subject-matter experts from around the country working to prevent human trafficking in their communities. These experts will discuss their experiences implementing programs to advance prevention education, professional training and screening, and vacatur/expungement relief and credit repair for survivors of human trafficking.
