Responding to Foreign National Minor Victims of Trafficking

This training will provide an overview of the resources available to assist foreign national minors who have experienced human trafficking and will outline the reporting requirements established under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000, as amended. Participants will learn about Interim Assistance Letters, Eligibility Letters, how to submit a Request for Assistance, and the benefits and services provided to minors who are potential and determined victims of trafficking.
