The Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office will be observing the National Crime Victims’ Rights Week April 6 through 12 this year and is hosting a Victims' Services Awards Ceremony on Friday, April 11, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Loudoun County Government Center, Board Room.
Since 1981, National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW) has worked to confront and remove barriers to achieving justice for all victims of crime, as well as acknowledging and celebrating those who have taken extraordinary actions to help victims of crime in their communities. The 2025 NCVRW theme is Connecting < KINSHIP > Healing. The theme underscores a call to action to recognize that shared humanity should be at the center of supporting all survivors and victims of crime. KINSHIP is a state of being with survivors that drives vital connections and increases access to services, rights, and healing. KINSHIP is where victim advocacy begins.
Join the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office for the Awards Ceremony on April 11! This event is open to the public.
