Mosaic’s Services for Victims of Trafficking (SVT) Program serves trafficked persons identified in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Through this program, Mosaic aims to enhance existing support for trafficking victims by strengthening interagency collaboration, coordinating a community response to trafficking, and providing safe, stable housing and appropriate services for victims of human trafficking in North Texas. Mosaic expects to serve 15 victims annually (30 unduplicated victims over 36 months), offering transitional housing, short-term housing assistance, and related support services to all types of trafficking victims for a minimum of six months and a maximum of 24 months. Support services are designed to enable human trafficking victims to secure permanent housing, achieve stable employment, and integrate fully into the community. Support services include intensive housing case management services, counseling, economic empowerment support, child and family advocacy, safety planning, and law enforcement advocacy. Services will be trauma-informed, culturally competent, evidence based, and tailored to meet the needs of individual victims.
