Red Wind- Future AI/AN Victim Specialists

Red Wind Consulting will develop an internship and apprenticeship program that links Tribal college and university (TCU) students and job-ready apprentices with Tribal victim services programs. Red Wind Consulting will work with the Nebraska Indian Community College (NICC) to assist with placing interns at Tribal domestic violence and sexual assault victim service programs near NICC’s three campuses in Nebraska. Red Wind plans to recruit up to six interns and six Tribal victim service host sites. Red Wind will partner with the Urban Institute and the University of Nebraska-Omaha to develop and execute trainings for program interns and apprentices.
