Empower Her Network will provide housing support and services for survivors of labor and sex trafficking. The project will provide short-term housing assistance that leads to permanent placement for 120 survivors in three years from the following Northeast Ohio Counties: Stark, Portage, Summit, Lorrain, Hamilton, Tuscarawas, and Franklin.
