Justice At Last will implement the “Strengthening Comprehensive Legal Services to Underserved Trafficking Survivors” project to expand and strengthen trauma-informed, holistic, and comprehensive legal services to survivors of human trafficking in Contra Costa, Santa Cruz, and Monterey, California. Justice At Last will utilize its mobile interdisciplinary model to provide new increased comprehensive legal services including crime victims’ rights enforcement, immigration, and post-conviction records clearance in the targeted communities.  In addition to providing new immigration services, Justice At Last will utilize a direct community legal clinic and “no wrong door” training model to alleviate overburdened community organizations and build the greater community capacity to increase identification and remove barriers for trafficking survivors to access comprehensive legal services.
