Through this project the National Crime Victim Law Institute will develop and improve the capacity of its membership/professional affiliates to advance victims' rights and improve victim services with a focus on children exposed to or victimized by violence by developing a two day curriculum and a variety of practitioner tools written for both lawyer and advocate audiences.
