The purpose of this project is to update and enhance the subject matter content of OVC's online Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) Toolkit that will provide communities with information and resources to assist them in developing and administering a SART in their community. The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape will be responsible for developing a strategy to update, expand, and enhance the SART Toolkit as well as develop 10 short, high-quality videos to illustrate key issues and best practices.
