Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2016, $127,050)
The selected organization will plan and develop an updated online version of the Victim Assistance Administrators toolkit for the purpose of providing VOCA State Administrative Agencies (SAAs) with comprehensive information and guidance to meet program requirements for VOCA Victim Assistance formula and discretionary grants; to promote innovation to improve the delivery of victim services; to remain up to date on the latest issues and trends in victims services; and to provide VOCA SAAs with general shared information, views, experience and best practices. The VOCA Victim Assistance Administrators Toolkit will need to be a field-generated publication that reflects significant input from SAAs who work daily with the information that will be used in the toolkit and guidebook. OVC will incur the costs and responsibilities for publishing of the toolkit and guidebook. CA/NCF
