This project will offer transitional housing services to victims of domestic violence who are citizens of the Tonkawa Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma, trainings for victims and tribal employees and will seek to implement strategic planning to determine whether a formal tribal victim services is needed and warranted for the Tonkawa Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma.
