OVC seeks applications to develop or enhance promising practices, models, and programs that offer innovative solutions to build the capacity of service providers to increase the service options and/or expand access points for victims of crime in underrepresented communities.
The overarching goal of this program is to generate proposals that reflect the authentic needs and challenges of the victim services field in responding to the current realities of crime victimization in the United States and its territories. This solicitation provides a vehicle for funding innovative approaches that do not easily fit within the criteria of other OVC solicitations.
OVC expects to make up to three awards of up to $750,000 each for a 36-month period of performance to begin on October 1, 2022.
