The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) seeks to hire one Operations Training & Technical Assistance Program Manager for a full-time position in our Operations, Budget and Performance Management Division. Among other duties, the selected candidate will— 

  • plan, design, and implement training and informational programs, including the development of training and resource materials.
     
  • provide advice and consultation to management regarding training acquisition or modifications related to training requirements.
     
  • represent the office in dealing with federal, state, and local organizations at a national level and speak authoritatively on victim services policy, programmatic and administrative matters pertinent to the goals, objectives, and operations of the Training and Technical Assistance portfolio.

The selected candidate will be required to physically report to the Office of Justice Programs office building in Washington, D.C., at least 4 days per biweekly pay period.
