How do service providers know they are making a difference in the lives of people impacted by crime? The best way to learn this is to ask the victims who received the services.

iMPRoVE is a free tool developed with funding and support from the Office for Victims of Crime, Office on Violence Against Women, and the National Institute of Justice that helps providers to do just that. It is an online platform that helps any and all types of victim-serving organizations create a customized survey for collecting feedback from victims on the services they received. It also helps programs see their results through an interactive data dashboard.

This Justice Clearinghouse webinar examines the importance of measuring service outcomes, the range of intended outcomes that victim service providers strive to achieve, and how providers can use this free outcome measurement platform and survey tool to learn from survivors about the ways services changed their lives. See a demonstration of how the platform works and hear from a service provider about why and how they use the platform and resulting data.

All Justice Clearinghouse webinars are 75 minutes long (1 hour for formal presentation, 10-15 minutes for Q&A).
