The OVC VOCA Center - Webinar: OIG Audits for State VOCA Administrators & Subrecipients

The Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General (OIG) will conduct a webinar for VOCA Administrators on State Administering Agency (SAA) and subrecipient audits on April 22, 2025, from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm ET.

The OIG works to promote the integrity, economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of Department of Justice programs, including VOCA formula award programs. Hear from staff at the OIG about OIG audit processes for SAAs and subrecipients, common recommendations, SAA responsibilities during a subrecipient OIG audit, and the roles of the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) and the Office of Justice Programs Office of Audit, Assessment, and Management (OAAM) throughout the audit process.
