Brigid's House of Hope - Restorative Safe Housing for Victims of Trafficking

Brigid’s House of Hope seeks to provide safe housing for victims of human trafficking to encourage hope, healing, empowerment, security, and long-term aftercare and support. This program will provide a residence for six (6) victims, initially, with the aim to expand to serve up to eight (8) individuals. The program will serve female (including female identified) victims of human trafficking, who can be identified and referred by a community health provider, victim services provider, law enforcement, or self-identified and referred. 

Brigid’s House of Hope will be at a confidential location in New Hampshire and will accept residents from New Hampshire, as well as the surrounding states. Residents will be supported in establishing safety, building a healthy daily routine, addressing basic needs, developing and supporting connections to offsite services and supporting clients through onsite support. The program will include intensive case management, off site community supports and appointments, and onsite programming – including group sessions, life skills training, and transition planning towards fully independent living.

Brigid’s House of Hope staff work with a variety of victim supporting agencies, including Survivor Advisory Boards, Domestic Violence services, Medical, Law Enforcement and Housing Support Services.  Also, as a member of the New Hampshire Human Trafficking Collaborative Task Force, staff, volunteers, and board members are always at the front of conversations regarding victim needs, and working to fill gaps in services, collaboratively, throughout the State.
