The purpose of this grant is to plan and implement a 2 and 1/2 day conference for Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) victim assistance and victim compensation administrators and staff at the state level. The training conference will employ lectures, panels, workshops, and forums to provide practical and current information that can be used by state VOCA administrators to improve the operations of their programs, enhance their services to crime victims, and fulfill their responsibilities under VOCA.
