How do I report my program’s performance measures?

The majority of OVC’s grantees, including award recipients and subrecipients of Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) formula funding, start by submitting relevant data through one of these below avenues, depending on the award year.

Transforming Victim Services Grantee PMT User Guide
This document assists Transforming Victim Services grantees in completing and submitting accurate performance measures data in the OVC PMT.

Victims of Crime Act Victim Assistance PMT User Guide
This guide assists VOCA Victim Assistance grantees in completing and submitting accurate performance measures data in the OVC PMT.

This guide assists VOCA Victim Compensation grantees in completing and submitting accurate performance measures data in the OVC PMT.

Grants and Payment Management Systems

The JustGrants and the Department of the Treasury’s Automated Standard Application for Payments (ASAP) are available for all award management and payment activities. Award recipients with the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) can login to JustGrants or visit the informational website for further resources and support. Additionally, ASAP is available for enrolled Department of Justice award recipients to request funds. For more information on how to request funds in ASAP, please reference the user guide.
