Killeen Police Department's Crime Victim Rights Ribbon Hanging Event

As part of it's 2025 National Crime Victims' Rights Week observance, the Killeen Police Department will hang ribbons in the trees at the police department's headquarters in honor of victims and survivors of violent crime. The ribbons will remain on display during National Crime Victims' Rights Week to help raise awareness of victim rights.
