Performance Measurement Tool: Victims of Crime Act Victim Assistance Targeted Guidance

This OVC webinar provides Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance formula grantees with a more guidance reporting beyond overview user training. Members of OVC’s performance measurement team discuss guidance for reporting on required performance measures; processes for accessing the Performance Measurement Tool (PMT) system; submitting quarterly and semiannual data reports; navigational tips and troubleshooting strategies; and resources and tools for additional support.

Clarification of Allowable Costs for Victim Assistance Programs


OVC anticipates that it will upload the final VOCA formula victim assistance rule during the first week of July. It will become effective 30 days after publication in the Federal Register.
