The OVC Center for VOCA Administrators

About Us

The OVC Center for VOCA Administrators (the OVC VOCA Center) supports Victim Compensation and Assistance Administrators in managing and administering their Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) funding to promote justice and healing for all victims of crime.

Who We Are

The OVC VOCA Center is a project of the Office for Victims of Crime’s State Victim Resource Division and is managed by the National Criminal Justice Association (NCJA). NCJA provides training, technical assistance, and support to State Administering Agencies, as well as other state and local stakeholders, including federal grant recipients; and strengthens criminal justice communities and improves lives by empowering stakeholders through training, collaboration, and advocacy. For more information, please visit the NCJA website.

The OVC VOCA Center appreciates its collaboration with the National Association of VOCA Assistance Administrators and the National Association of Crime Victim Compensation Boards on this project.

Meet The Team

The OVC VOCA Center staff have a passion for improving the lives of crime victims and providing support and guidance to those who serve them.
